We modeled the office building in Schwanden in 3D Allplan. The 3D model is based on the precise recording by laser scanner on site.

Every second, 500,000 measuring points are determined by the laser scanner and displayed in the spatial model as a point cloud. We precisely combine several scan positions to create a highly accurate, three-dimensional point cloud of your property. Our experienced draftsmen then use this point cloud to model the 3D BIM/CAD model.
