Villa Fama, Saxon

Villa Fama was built in 1861 by the famous Joseph Fama, when he settled in Saxon and took over the management of the casino and the baths. He transformed the small village into a sophisticated and cosmopolitan destination by turning the casino into an exclusive establishment that also housed a concert hall. Many famous personalities stayed in the villa, including Fyodor Dostoevsky, Victor Hugo and Giuseppe Garibaldi.

To bring the now vacant villa back to life and transform it into a hotel experience, our team surveyed the property and modeled it in 3D. The architect and his team can now optimally incorporate their modern vision into the space, which is worthy of protection.
