The charming change of ownership of this charming family home marks the start of a comprehensive renovation. In order to implement the redesign efficiently, new foundations were laid.

A detailed 3D model of the three-storey detached house was created, which, in addition to the three-dimensional representations, also includes laid-out 2D floor plans, sections and facade views.

The entire evaluation and planning was carried out in ArchiCAD 26. This not only enables precise visualization of the current state of the house, but also effective planning for the renovation.

The 3D model and the associated 2D elements not only provide a clear representation, but also serve as a valuable basis for coordinating and implementing the planned changes.
