As an extension of the municipal administration, the "Königin Berta Haus" will be renovated and rebuilt on the one hand, and a replacement building will be realized on the site of the farm building at Moosgasse 4. The order to us was to carry out the building survey work on site by means of 3D laser scanning and to model the 3D CAD evaluation inside and outside as well as the terrain on the plot incl. garden with enclosure walls.
Since the building is a listed building, we evaluated some areas that the client determined in advance in the highest drawing standard Premium.
The remaining elements were modeled in the Standard drawing standard. Thus, an ideal solution could be found in terms of level of detail as well as price.
