The creation of planning bases of real estate is a complex task. It requires capturing intricate details as quickly and accurately as possible, all without interrupting operations or causing disruption.

In the case of this building, we measured the entire building from the outside, but from the inside only the attic and the screed, and evaluated them in 3D. This is because the planned reconstruction will only take place on these floors. The result is a 3D model that accurately and precisely reflects the actual condition on site and thus provides the ideal planning basis for our customer and the planning team.
