Are you planning to convert a detached house? What do you need for this?
First and foremost, the actual condition of the existing building fabric. Number two: planning in 3D to continue your digital workflow perfectly. Number three, if you are also planning external changes: the site. And number four: embedding it all in the surroundings.
In this project, we recorded the detached house, the terrain and the neighboring buildings with our laser scanners. All this data flowed into our 3D as-built model, allowing our guest to continue planning seamlessly in their 3D workflow.
This not only saves the effort of creating a 3D model from old 2D plans and numerous on-site visits, but also offers absolute planning security and direct processability.
