The maintenance of the building was postponed for many decades and time gnawed at the Holzriegel, but now the house will be fundamentally renovated. The house is not listed, but historic preservation will be involved and will be on site during the building survey. The level of detail for the plan preparation was additionally discussed on site in order to meet the exact needs of the client.
