Hey, why do you constantly wear your company shirt?

Our team member Seenujan Jeevan also wears his company shirt during training, on weekends or at boot camp. Not because we want the management to, but because he wants to. Out of pride and full identification with the company.

My experience is that when a company creates an environment where young creatives are encouraged, the output is incredible.

My brother Livio Villa and I have a clear goal, a common vision. "VDE is the best host in building surveying and 3D modeling". Every team member is part of this vision and can contribute equally, this is attractive for the young generation.
