Stall Moosstrasse, Selzach

In this project, only the stable is converted into a living area. For this purpose, we have recorded the stable and the wooden structure inside it using 3D laser scanner and evaluated it in 3D ArchiCAD. The attached living part remains unchanged, so it was modeled only as a cube.

Since the customer thinks in the long term, all outbuildings on the property as well as the entire parcel were also recorded during the on-site recording. Thus, we can expand the project without a new trip and recording on site should also be planned in the outbuildings still conversions.
