For a regular guest, we were able to record this single-family house, which is typical for the region, using 3D laser scanning and model 3D planning principles.

As with all projects for this guest, we supplied a 3D ArchiCAD model in his own drawing template, including laid out 2D floor plans, sections and views. The entire plot was also modeled and the pipeline cadastre integrated.

The many years of collaboration and the in-depth understanding of the working methods and requirements of our guest made the entire process, from the quotation phase to the coordination of the survey and the final delivery of the results, extremely efficient.
