General Guisan-Strasse, Forch

Directly opposite the beautiful Gasthof Krone in Forch is an impressive warehouse building that is just as steeped in history as the inn itself, which was built back in 1783 as a station for stagecoaches.

In spring 2023, we had the pleasure of capturing and modeling the inn in all its glory in 3D. We were delighted when we were commissioned to also capture the neighboring building and model it in 3D.

Although the building may look inconspicuous from the outside, the old wooden construction of the roof truss reveals impressive craftsmanship.

It is fascinating to bring these historic structures to life and document their unique construction methods. Combining the past with modern technology allows us to preserve the beauty of these architectural masterpieces and share them with the world.
