Dorfstrasse, Filisur

For the historic building on Dorfstrasse in Filisur, we created a high-precision 3D model covering the entire structure from the basement to the attic. The digital capture includes all essential details of the building, from the interior spaces to the intricately designed façade.

The entire parcel was also fully surveyed and integrated into the 3D model. Special attention was given to the exterior facade and the main living room, which were processed to premium standards.

The final evaluation was completed using ArchiCAD Version 27 and delivered in Archicad, DWG, DXF, and PDF formats, ensuring flexible use in subsequent planning phases.
